Szintén javítani akarta már valaki az egyik oldalon hiányoztak a végtranzisztorok, a másik oldal nem lett bántva.
Sajnos oszciloszkópom nincs mert karácsonykor véletlen rátapostam a NYÁK-jára (megakartam javítani a tápját :)  )
Végfokok IRF640 2db, végfok tápja +/-48V, de az előfoké +58V/-48V (hihetetlen de séma szerint is ennyi).
Mindkét oldalon ugyanazok voltak a feszültségek. 
Tranzisztor nem ég ki a végfokban.
Védelmi relé nem engedi a hangszórót rákapcsolni.
Most az egyik oldalt végtranzisztorjait kiégettem nemtudom hogyan miközben rámértem a Q101-es tranzisztor bázisára. Most akkor a másik oldalt javítanám..

Méregettem pár feszültséget és beírtam a rajzra pirossal.
Nem tudom miért van -18V a kimeneteken ( a másik oldalon is maradt a -18V tranzisztorok nélkül is)
Minden félvezetőt durván átmértem jónak tünnek...

Nem tudom mi lehet a gond az erősítő 5csatornás equaliserével.2 db M5227p ic vel van felépítve.Bekapcsolt EQ állapotban az erőlködő egyáltalán nem szól,kikapcsolt(defeat)állásban meg szabályoz(lefelé) az adott EQ frekvenciákon a potit felhúzva gerjed egy szint után.Rajz kellene mert így elég áttekinthetetlen a jel útja.Hanggenerátorral próbáltam követni de már kissé belefáradtam. Üdv!

Hello. here is a message to share my experience in solving a problem that appeared on the home-cinema amplifier ONKYO tx-DS494. In order to sell this amplifier I had to check if all the outputs and all the functions works properly. On the back of this amplifier you have to frontal output : A and B. I connect a pair of speaker on A output : no problem. I can adjust volume. when i connect the pair to the b output and turn the volume knob no sound came out of the speakers until I reach a level defined by I don't know what. :hmmm: My volume level goes from 0 to 80db ( if I remember well ). from 0 to 23 db no sound and when I reach 24 dn sound increase and stabilize. With hearphone connected, i don' have this problem so I conculde that amplifing transistor could not be incriminated. I checked on the service manual and saw that there are two or three component that could be the source of the problem : the main processor, some capacitors on the output PCB and relays. I began testing capacitors: no pb. then I thought that if cannot be the main proc because it ( I think ) works in a binary mode: it works or it doesn't. so I decided to switch between themselves the two relay and :super: : it works. The relays was in fault and did not switches properly. here is my experience in repairing an amplifier

Adott ez a készülék ami olyat produkál, hogy bekapcs után halványan világít a “tuner” , de nem csinál semmit. Ha nyomva tartom akkor erősebben világít (ahogy kellene), kattan a relé is, de amint elengedem azonnal visszaesik a fény és annyi. Váltani sehova nem lehet. Átnéztem minden ledet, minden diódát, de mérve mind jó. Én az ic-re tippelek hogy az adta fel a küzdelmet. Kérem ebben a segítségetek.
